When will my products be dispatched?

Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

How are my products shipped?

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD. 

The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.
