Refund policy

Each product is custom-printed upon order, so we recommend carefully checking our size guides before purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase and will issue a full refund upon receipt of your item.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@footballposters.co.uk. If your product is faulty, please email info@footballposters.co.uk, with order details and photographic evidence of the faulty items and we'll follow this up immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
